Yes. Product photos are of the actual item or a genuine sample from the same batch, not stock imagery. If a listing uses a manufacturer render rather than our own photo, this is noted on the product page.
Your receipt is emailed automatically when your order is placed, and is also available any time by logging into My Account and viewing your order history.
If you cannot find it, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Most items are restocked, since we hold over 9,000 lines in UK stock and reorder regularly. If you need a specific product and a restock date, contact our trade counter and we can usually give you a timeframe.
Yes, we deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Larger commercial and trade orders can also be collected directly from our Manchester trade counter and warehouse.
