Inspect on arrival
Check the packaging and products before installation. Report damaged, faulty or incorrect items promptly with the order number and photographs where useful.
Availability and dispatch
BrittLite operates a Manchester trade counter and warehouse. Product availability can change, and an in-stock status is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Allow for the full order when planning installation dates.
- Do not book labour until delivery timing is suitable for the project.
- Ask the team to confirm requirements for urgent or larger orders.
Delivery address
Please provide an accurate postcode, building number, contact name and telephone number. Include access information that may be relevant to receiving the order.

The team will review the information and advise the appropriate next step.

Cut-to-length, made-to-order, customised, specially ordered, used or installed products may not qualify as unwanted returns. Please read the full Returns and Refund Policy and contact BrittLite before sending anything back.
